I have experienced first-hand how two people can be stuck in the same situation and end up with very different results based on their attitude towards it and the people involved.
If you want to employ one of the most effective tools to garner results, start with your attitude.
And I don't mean you always have to have a positive attitude. Having a negative attitude towards something can be very powerful. But the key is to control your attitude, and not have it control you.
"Attitude" by pastor Charles Swindoll: "The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. . . . I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent how I react to it."
